We just had the Ponderosa team complete a complete replacement of our HVAC system. Not only was the price fair but the installation team was great. Their attention to detail and system knowledge gave us a feeling of confidence right from the start. Chad, Caylen, and Jake were personable and very professional. They showed up on time each day and worked straight through. Therefore our job was completed more quickly than we expected and our home was left without a blemish. Even the sales process was good. Tim brought Chad in to evaluate the project and to ensure that he could give us an accurate quote. Very different from the competition that bid the job. Again - a feeling of confidence right from the start. So, Ponderosa Heating & Cooling gets our 5 star vote. more

Bryan and Josh did a a thorough, professional installation with a minimum of fuss and with efficiency. They were timely and was able to complete the job in one day. And, they ensured that the inspection was completed expeditiously. Thanks to them and to Chris, who sold the replacement to us. more

heat pump replacement 5/18/2019

Chad was very professional and courteous. the new heat pump was installed quickly and cleanly. He also replaced the upper portion of the furnace having to make a few modifications but you could not tell that he had. All came out looking good. Thanks more

Heating and cooling maintenance 5/15/2019

Joel was very informative and thorough with evaluation of our heating and cooling system. He listened to inquires and addressed them in a very understandable fashion. He made suggestions that were a cost savings. He is very personable and approachable. I would highly recommend him and will request him on our next need with this company. Big shout out to Zach Hamlin for troubleshooting the tricky problem with my furnace. Zach was always very polite, respectful and informative. It was such a tricky problem...that eventually his co-worker Joel needed to be called in. Joel was also a consummate professional. Jeff M and Josh B installed a new furnace for us and did an excellent job. They were efficient, informative, friendly and just plain excellent. We would recommend them and Ponderosa Heating and Cooling without hesitation. They worked hard all day long in the cold weather, crawling under decks, checking and replacing, finding a previous unchecked water leak (or should we say "spurt") and just being really good guys. Thanks for a wonderful job. Before they came, we had called Ponderosa because our furnace had sputtered and squeaked and finally died. The crew that came out first were also awesome.
