Jeff M and Josh B installed a new furnace for us and did an excellent job. They were efficient, informative, friendly and just plain excellent. We would recommend them and Ponderosa Heating and Cooling without hesitation. They worked hard all day long in the cold weather, crawling under decks, checking and replacing, finding a previous unchecked water leak (or should we say "spurt") and just being really good guys. Thanks for a wonderful job. Before they came, we had called Ponderosa because our furnace had sputtered and squeaked and finally died. The crew that came out first were also awesome. They did a thorough examination of our equipment and explained the options we had. These fellows were all the best. Thank you all. The Smiths
