We used Roth to install a Lennox 6 years ago and have been unhappy with the whole process. We have had issues with the heat pump yearly, turns out they installed it wrong so something cracked causing a leak.
The thing we are the most unhappy with is the repair service. They don't keep good records, even though we've been using them for years they never have access to whats already been done. They don't keep their agreement regarding approximate time they will arrive. We've been told twice that we were ""first call"" only to find out that they gave that slot to someone else. Not the customer service I'd expect after a $13,000 heat pump purchase and installation.
