When our propane fireplace did not ignite we called Roth's ( aka Eastman Heating & Cooling) to come out to the farm and see what needed to be done and get it repaired as quickly as possible. Stewart had done a very thorough annual cleaning on it within several weeks previous. He called shortly before arriving at the farm to let us know that he was on his way; went right to work checking every possibility - even checking with the manufacturer as to proper log placement! All was in proper working order except that the thermostat, being original to the installation, was the issue and may eventually need to be replaced. Stewart suggested a way to over-ride it if need be. Stewart is a courteous, efficient, trust-worthy young man. He is knowledgeable of his job and took time to explain his findings and answer our many question. We were totally satisfied and pleased to have him - & Roth's Heating & Cooling - handle the issue which we were anxious to get fixed expeditiously. A big thank you from us!! We highly recommend the Eastman Heating & Cooling team!
