?Quail Hill has had more than their share of Property Managers in the past 25 years since I've resided here. I've been on the Board of Directors most of those 25 years, working with all the Property Managers, and Denny ranks at the top. There were two others our Board admired and respected and who were excellent. more

I know the majority of us get caught-up in our daily lives and often take things for granted. I've had a number of issues with my neighbor who parks his boat and SUV in front of our house every weekend. After six months of being patient and asking for the boat to be moved somewhere else, we contacted Rossmar & Graham, our HOA management company.They were very good at documenting the entire situation and understood that not only was it a nuisance, but my wife had difficulty just getting out of the driveway. Everything was resolved without issue and we now can enjoy our home without a problem. THANK YOU Rossmar & Graham for helping us live again on weekends. more

Rossmar & Graham handle problems effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner. They also go above and beyond the call of duty many times. They also have a great manager and area manager who are very knowledgeable. They are an industry leader and they use superior technology, such as e-bills and email that go out to homeowners. more

The change in The Islands during this past year has been amazing. What a difference a year makes!! And the level of communication provided by you and Rossmar is so appreciated – an example being the Annual Meeting packet included with this message. We also very much appreciate your coordination with BOD members in providing some new, innovative events within The Islands. I love, love, love R&G! I am an escrow officer so needless to say I deal with every management company out there and R&G is hands down the greatest to work with. Their resale/disclosure staff is always so incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs and questions and they never make me feel like I am inconveniencing them like the other management companies do. I can't tell you how many times they've saved the day for me in my escrows! I wish they all could be like R&G's resale/disclosure team :) more

I've never lived in a neighborhood that was governed by an HOA, so the whole concept was a learning experience for me. We never did anything crazy like paint the house purple, so I wasn't sure why I'd want to have a whole list of rules that controlled everything I could do with my yard and home.However, after living in a master planned community I am very grateful that we have an HOA. You see, with the current economy, the neighbors on both sides of our home have gone into foreclosure. Without an active homeowner things started to go from bad to worse - until I discovered I could call Rossmar & Graham to help with the situation. While everything was not resolved overnight, our manager took control of the situation and forced the owners to clean up their front yards and keep it that way. If I didn't have an HOA company to call, I'm not sure what we would have done.Rossmar & Graham did a great job and we enjoy our home because of it! more
