I've had a number of issues with my neighbor who parks his boat and SUV in front of our house every weekend. After six months of being patient and asking for the boat to be moved somewhere else, we contacted Rossmar & Graham, our HOA management company.They were very good at documenting the entire situation and understood that not only was it a nuisance, but my wife had difficulty just getting out of the driveway. Everything was resolved without issue and we now can enjoy our home without a problem. THANK YOU Rossmar & Graham for helping us live again on weekends.
