I've never lived in a neighborhood that was governed by an HOA, so the whole concept was a learning experience for me. We never did anything crazy like paint the house purple, so I wasn't sure why I'd want to have a whole list of rules that controlled everything I could do with my yard and home.However, after living in a master planned community I am very grateful that we have an HOA. You see, with the current economy, the neighbors on both sides of our home have gone into foreclosure. Without an active homeowner things started to go from bad to worse - until I discovered I could call Rossmar & Graham to help with the situation. While everything was not resolved overnight, our manager took control of the situation and forced the owners to clean up their front yards and keep it that way. If I didn't have an HOA company to call, I'm not sure what we would have done.Rossmar & Graham did a great job and we enjoy our home because of it!
