We have enjoyed our experience with Ross Morgan and Company for the past 7 years. There has been a lot going on at our property during this time from construction defects issues with the builder, to the development of a commercial center next to our property and annexation into the City of Calabasas. Ross Morgan and Company has been there to support our objectives each step of the way. The people at Ross Morgan have been nothing but responsive and professional. more

As a homeowner our property is managed by Ross Morgan. The property itself is a beast on its own, but it would help if the employees at Ross Morgan cared a bit more. I have to agree with MJJ201's review as the customer service with this company is below grade standard. My wife and I own multiple properties and two of them are in communities which are managed by different managers who both work for Ross Morgan. Both communities appear to be going in the wrong direction over the years even though our board members seem to agree otherwise. We own a property in Warner Village III and have so since 1993. I understand that association dues increase from time to time and assessments are applied; which is not the fault of the management company. However, I do blame the management company for not returning calls we have made regarding discrepancies in our bill and late charges/fees. It appears the run around is often and I do not have an entire day to spend going from place to place with conversations that are endless as people are not on the same page. more

I must compliment Kelly R., our community manager at Ross Morgan on a masterful job she did in handling a very delicate situation which could have become difficult at a recent board meeting. When delinquencies came up for discussion, she was presented with a very challenging situation which invloved a particular delinquent owner. Deferring what could have been a big problem, and at the same time handling it with a shy yet professional smile and a nod, she averted a very uncomfortable situation in a masterful way. I helped facilitate the transfer to Ross Morgan from the management company assigned by the developer. In my experience Ross Morgan has been great to work with. Their financial reporting gives us comfort that the HOA funds are well taken care of and they have set us up well for the future. We have maintained and improved the property while at the same time building our reserves. I have recommended Ross Morgan to other condo buildings in the past and would do it again, especially when compared to many of the other options out there. They are caring and well educated and have served our board very well and kept us up to date on new laws and regulations. As anyone will learn when living in a Condo or HOA no one cares about your home as much as you do. If you have issues I recommend you speak to your board as Ross Morgan acts on the board's behalf, not independently. more

Tricia McGinnis is the manager at Ross Morgan who oversees our association and frankly she is amazing. I want to thank her for her prompt attention to the many issues and questions I have thrown her way. She has always treated me and my requests with dignity and respect and responded to every one of my e-mails and phone calls promptly of which there have been many. Her attention to detail is greatly appreciated and the fact that she is so prompt is the icing on the cake for me. It is wonderful having such an attentive and knowledgeable person overseeing our condominium association. more

Professional 7/21/2009

We have recently switched to Ross Morgan. The residents of our community of 110 homes are very happy with the level of service they are providing. Our issues are not being dropped and follow through has been great! The meetings are much more efficient which allows all of us to make the most of our time. We don't sit around asking if this or that is done. There is an update and our focus can be on important business. It's fantastic to have a compay we can trust! Inept Accounts Receivable Department 9/14/2008

I would not recommend using Ross Morgan & Company. The employees lack customer service skills and the accounts receivable department can't keep the billings straight. One month they will send me a letter stating I am not eligible for automatic payment, so I will send in a check and then, of course, they automatically debit my account again. Then when you contact them to get everything settled, it wil take months, during which nothing will be done and you will be treated like you aren't the one paying them for their services to begin with. more
