As a homeowner our property is managed by Ross Morgan. The property itself is a beast on its own, but it would help if the employees at Ross Morgan cared a bit more. I have to agree with MJJ201's review as the customer service with this company is below grade standard. My wife and I own multiple properties and two of them are in communities which are managed by different managers who both work for Ross Morgan. Both communities appear to be going in the wrong direction over the years even though our board members seem to agree otherwise. We own a property in Warner Village III and have so since 1993. I understand that association dues increase from time to time and assessments are applied; which is not the fault of the management company. However, I do blame the management company for not returning calls we have made regarding discrepancies in our bill and late charges/fees. It appears the run around is often and I do not have an entire day to spend going from place to place with conversations that are endless as people are not on the same page. more
