I helped facilitate the transfer to Ross Morgan from the management company assigned by the developer. In my experience Ross Morgan has been great to work with. Their financial reporting gives us comfort that the HOA funds are well taken care of and they have set us up well for the future. We have maintained and improved the property while at the same time building our reserves. I have recommended Ross Morgan to other condo buildings in the past and would do it again, especially when compared to many of the other options out there. They are caring and well educated and have served our board very well and kept us up to date on new laws and regulations. As anyone will learn when living in a Condo or HOA no one cares about your home as much as you do. If you have issues I recommend you speak to your board as Ross Morgan acts on the board's behalf, not independently.
