Ver Bad experience!! Recently I made purchase pre-owned SUV. The sales guy promised me that he provide new tires and mats for whatever price I negotiated. After the deal gets done,when I went next week to get the tires change, those guys are talking totally irrelevant and crap. They are asking me show me the paper we signed . I was really upset especially with the Used Car dept manager - Rumeno. That guy talks totally irrelevant. Be careful with him....................\r Whatever the promises they made, please make them write on the paper and get it signed before closing your deal.\r more

I have a Acura TL that I purchased from my brother who bought it from Gaithersburg Mazda. When I took into service they made me feel welcome on my first visit to the dealership, which was for my Factory Maintenance Plan Oil Change. Every subsequent visit for various standard maintenance procedures or recall checks have always left me feeling satisfied, respected and treated with care and patience. Now my brother took advantage of the cash for clunkers program and came back raving about the CS and organization of this dealership. We are both supremely happy with Rosenthal Gaithersburg Acura. more

I requested a quote from Rosenthal online sales. Shortly after I received an email from Darreus M introducing himself and asking several pertinent questions. Not long after responding to his email I received a very professional response with price quotes, photos of the autos in question and their features. He followed with a phone call. Within 24 hours I was the happy owner of a Mazda3 -great salesman and good price. Toan N, finance manager, was professional, continuing our good experience. There was mutual respect from these men- a quality not found in the dealerships that I walked away from. I recommend this dealership. more

After leaving another local Mazda Dealership with a bad taste about car dealers, I ended up at Rosenthal Mazda in Tyson Corner. Where I met salesman name Darreus, who was the Internet Manager, he helped me find a right vehicle without pressuring me into a sell. He was prompt and professional, answered all my questions truethfully. He also had me in and out, of the dealership, with my new car, at the price I wanted. He was one of the best salesman I ever met in my life. Personally I believe that a good salesman work, even some place with bad reputations. more

after having got numerous quotes from both Toyota and Mazda dealerships, I purchased a 2009 Mazda 5 (minvan) from Rosenthal Mazda in Tysons Corner. The price AND the purchasing experience (including the test drive) were both EXCELLENT and beyond reproach! The salesmen Mr. Darreus Mascall (Internet Sales) and Mr. Harris were the best I have dealt with in all my years of car purchases--the Mazda 5 is my 8th car purchase to date. The gentleman were extremely polite and respectful, and at no time did they ever use hard sell tactics. The experience was a breath of fresh air! Furthermore, when I went to Financing after agreeing on the price, the gentleman there, also treated me quite well. There was no hassle or uncomfortable pushing to buy a long term protection plan--only a quick and painless presentation and the financing portion moved on and concluded positively soon after. I strongly RECOMMEND that people look into buying a Mazda (this is an unrated car company and line of cars) for great value AND reliability. We have NEVER had any issues with our previous 5 Mazdas, and most of them got to 100K miles when we traded them in. Furthermore, I heartly RECOMMEND people buying from Rosenthal Mazda (after having done one's homework for pricing and such). more


POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 7/19/2011

We purchased a new 2011 Nissan Armada in December 2010. At first he GM and Saleperson were extremely helpful and wanted to eagerly sell us this vehicle. In fact, we drove from Richmond, VA on a Sunday evening about 45 minutes prior to closing and they waited for us. We did not leave the dealership until after 10:00pm and the GM, Salesperson, Finance and someone to get the vehicle ready for us stayed very late. Everything was great until about 3 weeks ago when we began having trouble with the ""NEW"" vehicle (sunroof leaking, loud noises from the rear tires, and a laundry list of other problems). We called and spoke with several people from the dealership to include the GM and was told there was nothing they could do and ""it is a Nissan product..........we just sell them"" and told us to contact Nissan Consumer Affairs. I WAS LIVID, we were basically told, it's NOW your problem so DEAL with it. We have made our money.\r \r In addition to adding insult, each time we called after this complaint, we could never speak with anyone. We left messages only to NOT have our calls returned. \r \r Since we refinanced the vehicle, I contacted Rosenthal to request a cancellation of the GAP insurance. I submitted the required paperwork and called about 2 1/2 weeks later to follow-up to ensure it was received and find out where they were in process. I left several messages for Nick in accounting who has yet to return a call. I have spoken with managers and they all referred me back to him. What part of he's not answering or returning my calls do you NOT get??? My recent experiences with this dealership has been frustrating and agonizing to say the least. \r \r SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND PURSCHASE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEPLACE OTHER THAN ROSENTHAL NISSAN MAZDA. We plan to NEVER purchase another vehicle from them nor will they get any referrals on our behalf. I wish there was something lower than 1 star to select as that would have been my rating for this company. more

The Sales Staff is very professional, Great Inventory, The management team was very attentive and courteous, I had an opportunity to get the best price of 4 different stores that we had shopped at and the finance team took their time explaining the figures and discussing all my options. We highly recommend Rosenthal Nissan Mazda for a first class buying experience. more

Highly Recommended 7/11/2011

Having owned eight Nissans since 1981, we won't consider going to another dealership other than Rosenthal Nissan of Tysons Corner Vienna Virginia. Why bother? We have a great longstanding relationship and would recommend them to everyone. We weren't accosted by high pressure salespeople. They were very helpful and didn't irritate us. We were careful consumers. We learned early on that Nissans were quality vehicles and we got our value's worth more

In the beginning, we'd contact the dealership through email checking the specs and prices. upon our visit We were not attacked by high pressure salespeople. They were very respectful and provided us with quality customer service, as far as our Xterra goes we love it more

Excellent customer services!!! Pricing is very fair for dealership OEM repairs and service (little pricy than local auto-shop, but you can't compare the experts of Rosenthal Mazda vehicle to the Jack of all trades). The best part about Arlington Mazda is that you don't have to worry about bringing you car back because they do it right the first time! The oil change is acutually cheaper than most mom and pop lots, and its done by professional who wont ""forget"" to put oil in the car. more

Very good customer service. I had a great time looking for my vehicle, I was not very certain of sedan or coupe or what vehicle was most efficient to me but my sales person, was very helpful and guided me in buying my wonderful altima.
