Ver Bad experience!! Recently I made purchase pre-owned SUV. The sales guy promised me that he provide new tires and mats for whatever price I negotiated. After the deal gets done,when I went next week to get the tires change, those guys are talking totally irrelevant and crap. They are asking me show me the paper we signed . I was really upset especially with the Used Car dept manager - Rumeno. That guy talks totally irrelevant. Be careful with him....................\r
Whatever the promises they made, please make them write on the paper and get it signed before closing your deal.\r
