I LOVE Stephanie! She's being providing me with gorgeous hair since 2011 and I've never gone anywhere else since. I'm a brunette and she's highlighted my hair, given me blonde hair, and now I'm a solid brunette again. I couldn't be more happy. Recently, she did my hair and makeup for my wedding beautifully! I'm a picky customer, Stephanie is easy to talk to, she listens, and never has given me a bad hair day. Thanks ""Rose"" and Stephanie! more

Stay away from Stephanie. I was going to have highlights and a cut, but she was scared to do highlights and grabbed Michael. Michael told me that I couldn't go from my hair color (brown) to blond, level 10. He said it was impossible. Really? Strange, I've had it done several times and it looks beautiful that way. I had Stephanie just do a cut instead and figured I would go elsewhere to get highlights. I thought, she can't mess up my hair with just a haircut. WRONG! SHE BUTCHERED IT! And the whole time she was cutting, she was interrogating me about my life, not talking, but interrogating. WTF! It was SO uncomfortable. I tried to talk to them directly instead of giving negative feedback, but they gave me the runaround and after numerous attempts to talk to the owner/manager (not sure as they kept changing their story about who was in charge), and after the huge waste of my time in calling them when they tell me to call back another day, I finally gave up and decided to give them their well deserved feedback. Nothing but a headache and waste of time. more

Michael is my stylist. He has the best ideas and does an amazing job. I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go. He is easy going, fun and very professional. He is a perfectionist and won't let me leave until the job is perfect & I say ""I LOVE IT""....which I always do. I HIGHLY recommend them. <3 more

Micheal was recommended to me by a friend.To tell you the truth I was hestitant because I never had a man do my hair so when I first walked in I was greeted and Micheal ask what I wanted done.He gave me great suggestions and match the color for my skin tone.He was very friendly and very knowledgeable with my many questions I had.I would highly recommend him! more

During the day, I am a Secret Shopper, meaning I am hired out by different companys to shop there business' and grade them on there customer service. I feel qualified enough to actually know when a company has 5 star customer service. more

Unit now, I have been satisifed with the cuts and service I'v received over the past 4 years. But my last cut was butchered. I could not do anything with my hair afterwards let alone try to wear it as I 'normally do'. I called with my concern clearly stating she (Tresa) did something wrong to the cut and it neededto be fixed. To my surprise she did NOT rush to get me back in but put me on her 'wait list' for the following week. After not hearing from her at the end of the following week, I called for her to only tell me she's booked, can't get me in and is going on vacation the following week, but not to dismay, because I have my regular appointment with her in two weeks. Apparently she did not get the point that she butchered my hair and needed to make things right. After this I decided it was time to go elsewhere. Fifteen minutes from shampoo to finish and $40.00 dollars later and to receive a bad cut is not how I want to spend my hard earned dollars. The worse part was there was no real effort on her part to want to make things right. It's not like I would have taken up so much of her time to fix my hair...I'm only in her seat 15 minutes anyway. Too much chit-chat, lack of concentration is not a good combination for customer satisfaction. more

I had the best haircut I've ever had.Linda was so knowlegeable and helpful .I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted but left with a great cut that is easy to handle and current. more

It was my first haircut in SEVERAL years, so needless to say I was nervous when I first walked into the salon. However, the friendly attitude of Krissy, who would be cutting my hair, quickly set me at ease. I had several pictures of what I wanted, and she tlaked to me about it before doing any cutting. Within minutes I completely trusted her with my extremely long hair, and I'm glad I did. She did an amazing job, and I've gotten dozens of compliments already, even though I've only had the hairstyle for 4 days now! Pros: Good Pricing, Awesome Staff Cons: There was a moderate wait time, but I was early for my appointment, and I'd wait an hour to get my hair done there again. more

I just have to tell everybody about my experience at the Rose of Sharon Salon. The atmosphere when I first walked in was very warming. I was greeted by a very helpful and knowledgable receptionist, and the first thing I noticed was the beautifully defined chunks and nicely pieced streaks in her hair. And better yet as a mexican american woman I walked out of many salons ORANGE AND YELLOW! Due to our dark hair. I was then introduced to Sarah by the receptionist who did her hair. Sarah insured me in time that she would have me platinum blonde. To my surprise she did exactly that. I just had to share my wonderful experience with everyone. Its the first time Ive Been to a Actual Salon other than a barber shop where I felt comfortable enough to continue going back. They Actually had A variety of mens magazines & styling books to choose a new style out of, and the coolest thing of all was the three flat screen televisions they had in the waiting room, playing the newest flicks out! The Rose of Sharon Salon is by far the best salon in redlands, my initial thought the second I walked into this place was OH BOY! this is gonna be expensive. Little to did I know the cost was very compettative, and yet you feel like your in a beverly hills salon. The staff are all so helpful and kind, and they have such a wide variety of quality products to choose from. Its about time there was a Salon the average joe can afford without having to sacrifice quality enviorment, quality products, and star treatment. TWO THUMBS UP!
