Stay away from Stephanie. I was going to have highlights and a cut, but she was scared to do highlights and grabbed Michael. Michael told me that I couldn't go from my hair color (brown) to blond, level 10. He said it was impossible. Really? Strange, I've had it done several times and it looks beautiful that way.
I had Stephanie just do a cut instead and figured I would go elsewhere to get highlights. I thought, she can't mess up my hair with just a haircut. WRONG! SHE BUTCHERED IT! And the whole time she was cutting, she was interrogating me about my life, not talking, but interrogating. WTF! It was SO uncomfortable.
I tried to talk to them directly instead of giving negative feedback, but they gave me the runaround and after numerous attempts to talk to the owner/manager (not sure as they kept changing their story about who was in charge), and after the huge waste of my time in calling them when they tell me to call back another day, I finally gave up and decided to give them their well deserved feedback.
Nothing but a headache and waste of time.
