They came out the next day and did a great job on the service. The technician replaced a capacator. It was a 35 + 5 MFD, 440 VAC 50/60 HZ $25.00 part and they charged me $140.0...

Amazing Tech 1/26/2018

We had a problem with our a/c unit and it was making alot of noise in the evening, Unfortunately the outside unit is right behind the master bedroom. Needless to say we weren't getting any sleep. The 1st time they send a tech he said that's normal nothing we can do, which we told him the 2nd unit not making that noise. He told us call back in a week. Another week without sleep. When I called again they sent Hany A. as soon as he walked in his positive energy was amazing. He was professional and listened. He apologized for the previous tech and went straight to work. Hany A. heard the noise and found the solution. He was amazing. Thank you Roscoe for employing such a wonderful person. He restored my faith in your company. more

The best HVAC technician! 12/20/2017

We are so pleased to have found Hany Awad at Roscoe Brown. This past summer, Hany fixed a broken air conditioning unit that had stumped another company. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, then worked straight through the day, even skipping his lunch hour so that we could have our air conditioning back before the weekend! We were so impressed with his skill and his dedication that we requested him for our next maintenance call. Hany is competent, energetic, and cheerful. He is conscientious about his work. He informs us of new products that we may be interested in (e.g., a new air purification system, foam insulation for our small attic storage area) but is not pushy at all. He represents Roscoe Brown very well. I feel we have finally found an HVAC technician we can trust, and we will be requesting him from now on! more

Matt A is a very polite, respectful, efficient worker who demonstrates competence on the job. He displayed patience and knowledge as he helped me to navigate my decisions about replacing my unit. He even used video of my unit as it is currently functioning to inform me about it. He provided information and answered all my questions as I chose my new unit based on the quality of the product and my financial considerations. I highly recommend him and would work with him again. Matt A. has really good manners and you can tell he knows what he is doing. I would say he is an excellent salesman! more

Air Handler Service 10/3/2017

Matt is a very knowledgeable technician. He found and fixed the problem with our air handler unit not cooling properly. Three previous technicians from Roscoe Brown could not do so. They recommended replacing the unit. We didn't want to replace the unit until we had a realistic reason to do so. The unit is working fine now. However, due to its age we are prepared to replace it based on Matt's trouble shooting and feedback, when the need arises. more

I called Roscoe Brown about a water leak in my bathroom. Called @ 7:30 a.m. and they were here by 9:30 a.m. Joe and Josh took care of the leak. Great job! more

Excellent Service 8/11/2017

Eli provided insights into to my HVAC system that were not relayed with previous technicians while doing routine maintenance. Asking questions and carrying on a conversation about the performance of the system. Even quoting the readings from equipment and explaining how it compared to desired readings. I really appreciate the time taken to discuss and explain things. more

The main office gave me a polite call roughly 30 minutes before Matt showed up. Once he arrived at the house he introduced himself & I explained the issue. He immediately got the proper tools & began work. Very knowledgeable of his work. I would highly recommend Matt or Roscoe Brown more

New A/C runs great but.....................??!! 6/21/2017

When they took the old unit out of the attic they lost control and dropped the unit. It put a hole in one of my bedroom doors, broke out the ceiling light, damaged the walls in a couple of places. Its been almost two months and I have had to do the repairs myself. They were also supposed to install an Attic Insulation Tent. The two guys that came out to install it made every excuse why they couldn't and would come back the following week and do the work. I haven't seen or heard from them since! Each visit or conversation I had with their repairman ended up with excuses of why he couldn't do the repairs (i.e: couldn't find a matching light, couldn't find the same door, etc.). I found everything at the local big box store 2.5 miles away?! This seems so unusual because I heard they had a good reputation. I am really surprised! Install Department Great other departments ..not so good. more
