We had a problem with our a/c unit and it was making alot of noise in the evening, Unfortunately the outside unit is right behind the master bedroom. Needless to say we weren't ...

They came out the next day and did a great job on the service. The technician replaced a capacator. It was a 35 + 5 MFD, 440 VAC 50/60 HZ $25.00 part and they charged me $140.0...

Matt A was very professional, competent, and a clean up his mess kind of a guy. appreciated his insight into my hvac system and noted precautions to look forward to keeping a running system. I would ask for him next tune up time comes up or whenever a repair may be needed. more

Very happy!! 4/4/2017

Matt P. came out today for my annual tune up and was friendly and nice to talk to. I also want to praise a gentlemen that came out a couple years ago who took care of my heat around Christmas time. He was also very friendly and made sure that he was not going to leave without getting me heat!! more

Piping Replacement in Crawl Spaces 12/20/2016

Roscoe Brown (who recently acquired Bradley Plumbing, whom we had hired for the job mentioned in this review), currently replaced copper piping in our crawl spaces with Pex piping. The team was Mark and Frank; they were professional, courteous, answered all my questions, and cleaned up the removed piping completely, leaving everything as they found it outside our crawl spaces. Frank did an inspection of indoor plumbing, and again was very thorough in answering all my questions. We had had HVAC issues with Roscoe Brown in the past, which prompted us to find another company to service our HVAC, but so far the plumbing service with Roscoe Brown has been excellent, as it was with Bradley Plumbing. more

Joe did a great job in a very professional manner. We had a leaking pipe inside a wall. Joe determined where the leak was (still not sure how) and cut into our wall exactly where the leak was leaving minimum damage to the wall. He had the leak fixed in 15 minutes, cleaned up the work area, and was done. Joe is extremely personable and professional. He explained how the leak occurred and what to do to prevent future leaks. more

Chris was very polite and well manner I like the way he handled things. He was very helpful and explain everything to me. My name is Judy and I was there taking care of this for my cousin and Chris took the time for me to call my cousin and let him talk to Gary and he explained everything to him like he did with me.
