We realized at 7 am Tuesday morning we needed help with our septic tank.
I called RooterPlus at 7:05 and Cheryl answered the phone. She said they were in the morning meeting and she would call me back shortly and that they prioritize problems over regularly scheduled pumps. She called me back in 3 minutes to tell me Ray was on the way and would arrive within the hour. He arrived 30 minutes later. He and his partner were very professional and explained everything they were seeing and doing. They diagnosed the problem quickly, told me exactly what it would cost and had the job done in about 2 hours and I was able to get on with my day.
Great job all the way around! We could not be more pleased!
