My water heater went out recently and Ron was able to salvage the water heater with a fairly minor repair vs. having to buy a whole new water heater. He was quick to respond to my call and make time to repair the water heater. Thanks Ron! more

Old-fashioned service still exists! 2/27/2013

It isn't just about the water or the pipes, or even the repair on the garbage disposal. Plumbers are not hard to find. But finding a plumber who consistently gives 110 EVERY TIME is something else altogether. It's something rare in this day and age. Ron Curtis is a plumber who does not quit until every possible effort to ensure the work is perfect is made. AS an elderly gentleman, I have seen too many businesses and business owners who are motivated by one thing: finding an angle and exploiting it. WE have called on Ron three times and in each case, he went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed and completed with the lowest cost possible. He takes the time to find parts he needs that are superior and are priced fairly. Then he passes that savings on to his customer. I honestly do not know a vendor with his integrity. I recommend Ron Curtis with absolute conviction. I would never use another company as long as I could choose Ron Curtis! more

Water heater replacement gone right 10/20/2012

I had called pretty much every local plumber trying to get an honest idea on what kind of cost I was looking at, Ron was the only one that did not try to start adding onto the cost or was charging a price to just come and look. He asked me some basic questions and gave me a price. An honest price I might add, and it was exactly what I paid. Thanks Ron! more

Excellent!! 8/4/2012

I called Mr. Curtis with a leaking drain valve on my water heater at 8am a weekday morning. Mr Curtis meet me at my home during my lunch hour that same day and fixed my water heater with time to get back to work and finish my day. Now that is excellent customer service. Great installation job and follow up help. 4/26/2012

This is a 2 part review. The original replacement in 2008 of our 20 year old water heater with a tankless was well done and painless. 4 years later the tankless would shut down but would restart after a reset. A call to Ron Curtis got me connected to Rheem tech support that told me an extended warranty on the PC board with parts and labor was available. Rheem sent me the PC board overnight. Ron gave me a suggestion how to do it myself so I would not have to wait for a tech to show up and install the PC board. Ron's suggestion worked great and I was done 1 hour after FED EX dropped off the unit. Another plumbing company offered to analysis the problem for $200 dollars and then order the parts. Thanks Ron for everyting. more

(originally I was looking at the job being 3 days out) He rearranged his lunch schedule in order to see my children and I didnt go with out hot water more than one day. Completely satisfied 3/26/2012

Ron replace both toilets with high rise ones, installed a hot water recirculating pump (love it and saves water),replaced garbage disposal. Great work, timely, neat and clean. Thanks Ron more

Quality, Professional, Water Heater Replacement 3/19/2012

Our water heater tank was leaking badly and Ron was able to accommodate our urgent request to replace on short notice. His work was superb and he had our house back up and running with hot water in no time. The cost was exactly as quoted up front. Great service, excellent work and afforable prices! 2/20/2012

We have used Ron for a number of jobs always with excellent results and at very affordable prices. He offers free estimates. So you know ahead of time what the job will cost. He replaced a 100 foot sewer line for us, a big job. He has also done other various smaller jobs from toilet installations and repairs to outside plumbing. We highly recommend Ron for all your plumbing needs. more

Fantastic, Knowledgeble, Prompt, and Professional 10/14/2011

This is the second time I have used Ron. Ron came out this morning and repaired all three toilets in my home. He was right on time and had everything (parts and tools.) He got right to work and explained in simple terms I could understand just what he planned and the steps he took along the way. We also discussed plans to install a whole house filter system (extremely hard water here). I appreciate his honesty and professional ethics. Ron does not oversell or tell you what you want to hear. Ron tells you the truth and suggests ways to acomplish your project within, and even under budget. Nice to see there are still people like Ron Curtis out here in the world.Hard to remember when I have gotten this much value at such a fair price. more

replacement of hot water heater in mobile home 10/4/2011

Based on the reviews that we noted on the internet we decided to have Ron replace my mom's hot water heater in her mobile home. He was able to find the unit needed, he was prompt, his workmanship was good and he hauled the old unit away and he gave her a really good deal. Ron installed a new water heater for me on a Saturday so I did not have to schedule time off work. 10/3/2011

Ron was punctual and courteous, answered all my questions and replaced my water heater at a fair price and replaced all the accessory feed lines. A very professional job from start to finish. I will call on Ron again when I have a plumbing need. more

Ron is my HERO! 9/15/2011

I just moved in to an existing home in Rocklin and discovered we had LOUSEY water pressure! Our home warranty company sent out another plumbing company to address a different issue and I mentioned that we were also having issues with the water pressure. The plumber checked our pressure and said it was over 25psi and that there was nothing we could do about it! I called PCWA and they said it was a private issue and there was nothing they could do about it. So I called Ron and he came right out. Within 15 minutes we had great water pressure throughout the house! He even took the time to explain what the problem was and exactly what he did to fix it! Ron was not only courteous, he was efficient, thorough, and went out of his way to make sure the problem was FIXED! Thanks Ron! more

Excellent service and promptness 9/9/2011

Ron installed our upstairs shower valve several years ago and discovered a screw that was dropped into the pipe by another plumber causing the problems in the first place. He is now the only plumber we can trust. This service call was to install a toilet upstairs after Kohler's "Siphon Jet" failed and flooded our house. My husband asked me to have him take a look at a couple other problems while he was here and Ron replaced the downstairs shower handle valves and outside spigot even though it required an unplanned trip to get parts and come back.
