I just moved in to an existing home in Rocklin and discovered we had LOUSEY water pressure! Our home warranty company sent out another plumbing company to address a different issue and I mentioned that we were also having issues with the water pressure. The plumber checked our pressure and said it was over 25psi and that there was nothing we could do about it! I called PCWA and they said it was a private issue and there was nothing they could do about it. So I called Ron and he came right out. Within 15 minutes we had great water pressure throughout the house! He even took the time to explain what the problem was and exactly what he did to fix it! Ron was not only courteous, he was efficient, thorough, and went out of his way to make sure the problem was FIXED! Thanks Ron!
