I called Ron on a Friday describing a water pressure problem that I was having. He told me what he probably thought it was, and said that he would be out the next day. I told him that I had to leave the house by 7:30 am and he said that he would be there at 6:45 if I like. I did like and he was very prompt. He took a look, had to go out and purchase a part.He came back and fixed it, and my wife said that he left about 5 minutes after I did. We are very happy with the results. My wife and I chose Ron Curtis Plumbing to design and install all the plumbing for our new single family home, under construction, in Lincoln. Our first impressions was that Ron was a great communicator. This meant a lot to us, as we had a lot of questions about plumbing. Ron listened carefully to what we thought we needed, suggested many more things we had missed and designed the whole system for us. He then carefully walked us through the plumbing process; we knew we were working with a professional. Once we started construction, Ron was very timely and his workman ship was obviously that of someone who has been doing plumbing for a very long time. He knows all the tricks and obviously cares very much about doing a quality job. The end result is a very modern system, involving the new Pex tube used in Europe, and offers better insulation and noise performance that other older materials. We're very happy indeed with the neatness of the job. It looks great.. Ron also used the best materials for the drains.. and fixtures. We very much like the way he did a quality job and didn't cut corners like some contractors try to do. My wife and I highly recommend Ron and would be more than will to talk to anyone that needs a reference for a plumbing job of any size.... He made two service calls to our house, but did not charge us for the first trip since we could not determine the installation procedure for a propane dryer. Ronald did a great job of replacing a water heater at my mobile home. He went above the standard service and replaced a value that was old so the flow of water would be not be compromised. My kitchen faucet broke unexpectedly on the Sunday of a 3 day weekend and my handywoman skills were not up to par. I called Ronald T. Curtis Plumbing based on my internet search and some great reviews that I found. I was definitely not disappointed! Ron called back promptly after I left a voicemail and agreed to help out, thank goodness. He showed up right on time, was so personable and knowledgable and did a great job installing a new faucet for me in no time at all. He even hauled away the leftover packaging and whatnot!
