I ordered a ceasar, it had Iceberg lettuce with a thin watery dressing. My son ordered a cheese pizza, It was mediocre. We waited and waited for a water and tea refill, no one came. I asked the man busing tables next to us for a refill, he took my sons glass after he had been picking up the dirty dishes and took it to the pitcher instead of bringing the pitcher to us. I don't know what was dirtier, his hands from busing tables or my sons greasy glass from eating pizza, it's a lose lose. The highlight here was my sons humor, since he won't be there for you I advise you throw a frozen pizza in the oven or head to Spartas or Spiros, never can go wrong there. more

The food was okay. My salmon stuffed ravioli was dry, the salads left a lot to be desired, but the fettuccine was decent. The online menu is wrong, so they had to call me to confirm certain parts of my order. The delivery driver got lost and had to call for directions, which is fine, the food was still hot when he got here. He was very friendly and apologetic. What got me, though, was that in the middle of us eating the food, a woman called from the restaurant telling me that I had entered my address incorrectly (the address is auto filled here on Eat24, and I've ordered from 2 other restaurants with the pre-filled address with no issues) and that that was why the driver got lost and she needed me to give her the "right address" so that it wouldn't happen again next time. There was nothing friendly about the way she did this, it was very "I'm punishing you because the delivery driver got lost" and it was ridiculous. I hung up and said "Never ordering from them again." and I won't. Avanti is friendlier, no menu hassles, and the food is better. more

This restaurant in spirit is GREAT... but the food is a a OK... I have had delivery and also at at the restaurant and although not a bad restaurant not a 10 either. However the staff and management are GREAT! more

Poor Customer Service, Poor Customer Experiences 5/27/2008

I have been ordering from Romio's for years, putting up with the slow service, inept order takers, and awful customer service because the food is generally good but the experience I recently had has effectively ended our strained relationship. I ordered the chicken parmigiana pasta dish and my husband ordered a meatball sub. When our order arrived an hour and a half later (we were quoted 30 minutes) it was incorrect. I got a chicken sub and my husbands sandwhich was spaghetti and meatballs. I called them back to have it corrected and was told by the man who answered the phone that they would have it to us in another hour. Fine, whatever I'll wait...well the hour came and went and I called back and got told that the gentleman never even put the corrected order in and it wasn't coming. In fact it is not their policy to take back food. I asked, even if it was your fault we got the wrong order in the first place. The response...""well you got food didn't you"". I asked for the manager and got an extremely rude women with limited English skills who didn't see a problem with the situation and would not replace the food I didn't order with what I wanted and paid for (by the way, what I paid for was much more expensive than what I got) and was not willing to refund my money. I even offered to return the untouched and uneaten food that we did not want so we could have our order fixed but to no avail. I am relating this to you all before you order so you can take your own risks. I wish you luck if you decide to order...... Cons: Poor Customer Service, Inept order takers, Lies more

Over priced and not worth it! 4/4/2007

I spent over forty dollars for two pizzas but thought well it must be good pizza. Got the pizza home and was burnt so badly we did not even attempt to eat it, the other dripped so much grease I felt as though I were eating cafeteria pizza in gradeschool again. The staff member that helped me was unknowledgable and unhelpful while she rushed me through my order. Will not be returning. more

Calzones to die for.. 7/7/2002

Try the calzone with gorgonzola and some meat and veggies..they are delicious and a favorite of ours. Great fast delivery and VERY friendly staff. Much better than Jet City when it comes to the pizza offerings. Pass on the cheese bread, it's not that great. more
