Review content:
The food was okay. My salmon stuffed ravioli was dry, the salads left a lot to be desired, but the fettuccine was decent.
The online menu is wrong, so they had to call me to confirm certain parts of my order.
The delivery driver got lost and had to call for directions, which is fine, the food was still hot when he got here. He was very friendly and apologetic.
What got me, though, was that in the middle of us eating the food, a woman called from the restaurant telling me that I had entered my address incorrectly (the address is auto filled here on Eat24, and I've ordered from 2 other restaurants with the pre-filled address with no issues) and that that was why the driver got lost and she needed me to give her the "right address" so that it wouldn't happen again next time. There was nothing friendly about the way she did this, it was very "I'm punishing you because the delivery driver got lost" and it was ridiculous. I hung up and said "Never ordering from them again." and I won't. Avanti is friendlier, no menu hassles, and the food is better.
