I have been a customer of Rock Heating and Air since 2003. They are a wonderful company with outstanding customer service! The technicians are well trained and are very cordial, wear clean uniforms, and polite. I recently had a routine maintenace service call for inspecton of my A/C unit. Austin S was the technician that arrived for service call. He is an amazing technician! Very knowledgeable and professional. He was on time, very respectful, patient and ansewered my questions. He made reccomendations to keep my unit running. I recommend this company for your heating and air needs. You will not be dissapionted! more

fireplace repair 1/29/2018

my fireplace would work and then not work for the past year or so, I held off on getting it fixed because I was hopeful it would either work or not. Finally, I stopped and called. Heather quickly answered and I had an appointment the same day. Lucky for me. 6 hours later problem was solved and several suggestions were made to keep the system preforming well for years to come. Austin was thorough and professional. more

Alex B was on time and did an outstanding job! He explained everything he was doing and said the job would take an hour. He completed the job in just under an hour! He made sure to cover his work shoes while he was working in my house. I am a long time customer of Rock Heating & Air and I am happy with their service. more

Rock Heating & Air - Excellence in Service 6/24/2017

We called Rock Heating and Air Conditioning at the recommendation of our son who has used Rock since moving to Parker. He was not wrong. Austin was the epitome of professionalism and was very thorough. He ran equipment checks on all components of our system and explained where our system was having problems. After a thorough review of our aging units, Austin made a recommendation to replace both and explained why. He made perfect layman sense and accordingly, we have scheduled a replacement of both units. There is no doubt now that we need to replace our system for efficiency, cost savings and safety. I can heartily recommend Rock Heating and Air Conditioning for your service and repairs. They are well trained, competent and professional. more

We would highly recommend using this co.for any of your air conditioning needs. They came out within a day of calling and were very courteous and polite with our needs. Wayne was our Service Professional & was very knowledgeable of the whole furnace and AC system. Wayne really checked everything out well & gave us the total analysis and what our options were.We really appreciated his professional approach & felt very good with his service.
