my fireplace would work and then not work for the past year or so, I held off on getting it fixed because I was hopeful it would either work or not. Finally, I stopped and called. Heather quickly answered and I had an appointment the same day. Lucky for me. 6 hours later problem was solved and several suggestions were made to keep the system preforming well for years to come. Austin was thorough and professional.
