We called Rock Heating and Air Conditioning at the recommendation of our son who has used Rock since moving to Parker. He was not wrong. Austin was the epitome of professionalism and was very thorough. He ran equipment checks on all components of our system and explained where our system was having problems. After a thorough review of our aging units, Austin made a recommendation to replace both and explained why. He made perfect layman sense and accordingly, we have scheduled a replacement of both units. There is no doubt now that we need to replace our system for efficiency, cost savings and safety. I can heartily recommend Rock Heating and Air Conditioning for your service and repairs. They are well trained, competent and professional.
