We have had the absolute best service from their mechanics for years, and now just purchased our first vehicles from them. Their sales team is top notch. No heavy sales pitch, just straight forward numbers, and the best prices around. I wil never buy a car from another dealer! I bought my car from them back in September and I am 100% upset! How do you sell a car without a manual book. I have called over and over and they keep giving me excuses! It is now 2 months and nothing! I will NEVER buy from them ever again! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! more

Roberts Auto Mall misrepresented the vehicle they advertised, stating it had equipment it did not and not performing required scheduled maintenance prior to offering the vehicle for sale.\r \r They also undervalued my trade by 20%+ (per 3 independent sites — KBB, NADA, and Edmunds). In fact, they offered below wholesale value for my trade.\r \r When both of these less-than-honest polices were brought to their attention, they refused to acknowledge them or adjust their vehicle price, even when I offered to meet them halfway.\r \r In short, Roberts Auto Mall was imposible to deal with, treated me like a ""mark"", and did nothing to earn my business. If this is how they behave prior to putting pen to paper, I shudder to think what the process must be like inside the sales/finance office.\r \r Roberts Auto Mall acts as if they don't want your business, and thus I would advise against giving it to them. more

I have been with Roberts for over 15 years, first with a Honda, and now with a Subaru. I had a great experience with Jim (Honda) and now with Dan (Subaru). Over the years they have proven to be looking out for my interest by giving me options that saved me money when doing repairs. Yesterday topped it all. Dan and a service tech drove out to a local shopping center because my car wouldn't start. They worked with it to get it going, but I wanted them to service it so that the problem I experienced for a third time in 4 weeks wouldn't happen again. To my surprise, it was a 'simple' fix, on-the-house. That means they didn't charge me for the time they came to meet me at the parking lot, nor the time it took to diagnose the problem, or the labor to fix it. You have a customer for life! All done with professionalism and in a very timely fashion. Wish all dealerships were this damn good! more
