Businiess name:  Roberts Automall

Review content:
Roberts Auto Mall misrepresented the vehicle they advertised, stating it had equipment it did not and not performing required scheduled maintenance prior to offering the vehicle for sale.\r \r They also undervalued my trade by 20%+ (per 3 independent sites — KBB, NADA, and Edmunds). In fact, they offered below wholesale value for my trade.\r \r When both of these less-than-honest polices were brought to their attention, they refused to acknowledge them or adjust their vehicle price, even when I offered to meet them halfway.\r \r In short, Roberts Auto Mall was imposible to deal with, treated me like a ""mark"", and did nothing to earn my business. If this is how they behave prior to putting pen to paper, I shudder to think what the process must be like inside the sales/finance office.\r \r Roberts Auto Mall acts as if they don't want your business, and thus I would advise against giving it to them.
