I have been with Roberts for over 15 years, first with a Honda, and now with a Subaru. I had a great experience with Jim (Honda) and now with Dan (Subaru). Over the years they have proven to be looking out for my interest by giving me options that saved me money when doing repairs. Yesterday topped it all. Dan and a service tech drove out to a local shopping center because my car wouldn't start. They worked with it to get it going, but I wanted them to service it so that the problem I experienced for a third time in 4 weeks wouldn't happen again. To my surprise, it was a 'simple' fix, on-the-house. That means they didn't charge me for the time they came to meet me at the parking lot, nor the time it took to diagnose the problem, or the labor to fix it. You have a customer for life! All done with professionalism and in a very timely fashion. Wish all dealerships were this damn good!
