Came in from Corbin for a blue toyota tundra truck that we saw online. the website was good and clear with miles and price so I called in a asked about it, salesman was straight forward and told me all about it. Came down last tuesday to pick it up and it was just as described. nice place and professional people and happy to deal with them. more

not expected! We started looking at autotrader and then realized that several cars we were looking at were at road runner motors. they were not pushy at all, we test drove 5 cars on satruday and decided on this 07 ford Mustang v6 for my son. Good size car and priced pretty well. Monday morning 9:30 they opened up a little early for us to take another drive and take it to the bank. fair and straight forward. we picked it up this Monday morning and we are very happy with the people we dealt with. good deal. more

It was a terrible mistake to buy a car here. I have bought many used cars but I have never felt so used and shafted my whole buying experience. The owner of this company sold me a bad car and refuses to help me fix it. He has lied about the car and the reason he wouldn't even return my call for a week. I highly recommend you stay away from this car lot they are not good honest people even though their web site says ""we pride ourselves in selling Quality pre-owned vehicles at exceptional prices"" ha what a joke. more

Great service! these are the people you want to take your German or Japanese car. I purchased a 2009 Jetta with 65k December 2011. I scheduled a timing belt and water pump to be replaced after the car got to 90k sept 2013. I dropped it off early and picked it up finished that evening with a bill total under $600. Call around and you'll know why i'm leaving this review :) RECOMENDED for car sales and for service. more

Nice dealership, clean and friendly. Went with my daughter to purchase an older model BMW that she had liked. Easy process and straight talk. We tried haggling the price but honestly it was the best we found anywhere. 1) the carfax was available on the spot. 2) they had changed oil and serviced the car. which was awesome. 3) traded my car and they got us a good payment with wells fargo. I have always been weary of used car dealers - they met & even exceeded my expectations. I originally went in to look at a Volvo wagon that they had just sold, but they had a few more options that we started to look at in the wagon isle. After browsing around for a few minutes we noticed they had pulled up a car from detail that was a 2006 Volvo V70xc wagon that we took home. the back seat is tiny but what a cool option to have, they had just detailed it and had service records and I feel like we lucked out. Very easy experience and hassle free atmosphere there. Kids love the new car, and nice trustworthy people to deal with. Recommended. more

Took my father-in-Law last week and could not have had a better buying experience. he really would not have required my assistance as he imagined he would. They treat everyone the same, the prices were fair and, they made financing totally painless. If you are shopping elsewhere, you could be losing ground!!! more

what a cool experience for a dealership. very helpful and very nice people to deal with. my family and I stopped by after driving by this place all the time, we didn't realize it was so nice. they helped fix the top on my sebring convertable and only charged me $30 for fluid. How awesome is that customer service. i will bring my car for service here and i will recomend them to my friends and family. next time we look for another car we will stop by roadrunner first. also their website is clear and helpful. more

the nicest dealership we have been to. Did all my research online and went to look at this car locally ended up purchasing a 2006 blue Saab 9-3 and I love it. nobody else really had many volvo's or saabs, this one was in really good shape. everything was smooth. excellent service, multiple people were helping me, clean showroom WITH KIDS ROOM@@@ and they just left you alone. can't say enough good stuff. more

VERY QUICK AND GOOD SERVICE. Nice secretary to greet you and i was surprised nobody was outside waiting to attack us. The prices were firm but they were fair, we test drove three audi s and one BMW and ended with a 2006 audi A4 that we love. Great and friendly service and the best part is great prices. Their staff was very friendly and very helpful. No one tried to convince me what I should be getting as other car dealers. I felt very comfortable dealing with them. The fact to the matter is I ended up with a very nice VW that it is going to be with me for a while. more

No pressure, at first nobody came out which is very different from all these other places that are just waiting for you outside! they just handed us keys, my daughter got a great little accent for 3995. i recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to be pressured because they will treat everyone the same. more

If you plan to test drive a vehicle at roadrunner, bring your AAA card. I spent over an hour on the side of Kingston Pike after test driving my second piece of crap vehicle from this dealer. They may seem like a good deal at first. Their prices are usually below NADA, but now I know why. You get what you pay for; buyer beware! After test driving a VW Passat which left me concerned for my safety, I thought maybe it’s a one-off. I’ll just try another vehicle. This time I picked an Audi priced to sell. I barely made it to the gas station before the empty tank warning was screaming at me. I decided $5.00 of gas was worth the test drive. I couldn’t have been more wrong. No sooner did I pull out the gas station did the check engine light turn on. At this point I decided to end the test drive and I made a B-line for the dealer. I didn’t even make it back to the lot. The car died at the next intersection. I tried several time in futility to restart the car as frustrated drivers honked their horns in disapproval at my blocking their path. I was as embarrassed as I was infuriated. I threw on the hazard lights and stood on the side of Kingston Pike with my wife. We called the dealer to inform him of our predicament. Without any surprise in his voice he simply stated, “Is it out of gas?” I immediately knew he had been in this situation before. I told him that I had stupidly fueled his lemon and he told me that he’d send a driver to get us. So we waited patiently for our transport while looking apologetically as driver gawked at us as they circumvented the disabled vehicle. We were less than four blocks from the lot but 30 minutes passed and still no driver. A police officer came to investigate why we were blocking traffic. I explained the situation and he called in a tow truck. So here we were stranded on the side of the road with a police officer, baking in the sun, while waiting on a driver from roadrunners to deliver us back to our car. I’ll never buy a car from Roadrunner. The only thing I’m thankful for is the vehicle showed its true nature before I unknowingly gave them a dime of my hard earned money. more

The Mazda 6 we purchased is exactly what we hoped for, and exactly as promised. On March 21st, my daughter was in a pretty bad car accident, and totaled her vehicle. It was a 2004 Mazda 6, just like the one we purchased from RoadRunner Motors. She doesn't usually get attached to objects, but it was her first car and she absolutely loved it. I was pleasantly surprised to find a new Mazda 6 on their website, the only green 2004 available for sale on the internet at that time. I never thought I'd buy a car on the web, sight unseen, so I was taking a big chance. Their staff was helpful, prompt, honest, forthcoming with information, and gave me the security to make this unsure purchase quite easy. My daughter is incredibly happy with her new car. It even has some upgrades that her old car didn't! And because she's happy, I'm happy. more

My husband and I made purchased a 1994 volvo for about $1500 from Roadrunner, a year later we are still pleased with it (despite its old age and minor cosmetic flaws it starts up every day and runs GREAT!) \r \r Next we purchased a 2001 Mazda Milenia at a below resonable price...it was fully loaded and ran great (until the stroms/hail totaled it out) \r \r We will be replacing our totaled car at Roadrunner...we have sent several friends and family over to them, and they have been equally impressed. I will continue to give them my business and reccomend them! more
