Arrived quickly and very professional 1/26/2019

Having not dealt with Propane before -- the tank was empty and I was afraid of leaving a pilot on until the next fill. Tim came out and inspected the tank and furnace, cleaned things up beautifully, extinguished the pilot until the fill, then returned to check all was working and put in new filters. Excellent service. more

Excellent in every way! Especially during our emergency on New Year’s Eve! 1/23/2019

Recently, RoadRunner replaced our 50 gallon hot water heater after it started flooding the house on New Year’s Eve. Derek came over and helped pick up the water..,it was a mess! They also replaced our boiler with a larger one and they found the perfect size, worked with smiles and good senses of humor all day. more

Quick & Honest 1/23/2019

I call Roadrunner to check my gas furnace which I thought wasn’t working efficiently. They came out during a busy season within a few days. With testing the service person determined it was indeed working its heart out. My home is not insulated well and it just took s bit of patience on my part for the home to catch up to the furnace. As s single parent, I really appreciate his honesty & not trying to sell me on something I didn’t need. Great experience & would definitely recommend them. more

Great customer service 1/23/2019

The owner came out to the house at 11pm on the 23rd of December to help diagnose our no heat/no hot water problem. Impressive for him to respond at that hour and keep with it over the holidays until the issue was resolved. more

Quick To Respond But Varied Expertise Depending On Technician! 7/25/2018

Last fall Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration, Inc. came in and did some extensive work on my AC/HVAC unit to the tune of $1,500. I am not at this residence until May of every year and this work was done in the fall. When I get here in May the AC is not working so I call them out again, they arrive promptly and find that there is a leak of the coolant. They fixed the leak, refilled the coolant and that cost me $600. I would like to say that their response time is great, and if you live in new Mexico you know what I mean. I had already spent a great deal of money in the fall and again had to spend more money for a leak. All in all I did give them a four-star rating for service because they are quick to respond, my only issue is that of the varied expertise of the different technicians. For quality I gave them a three-star rating because I feel the issue should have been resolved the first time they came out. Response is their best quality! more

Everything with Them Is Top Notch 5/31/2017

We've been clients at Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration for years. We've actually been with them ever since Derek first started the company and it was just him. We used his service for both our home and our business for everything from simple plumbing things like leaks to installing a brand new water heater. They actually recommended an energy efficient water heater that has saved us a bunch of money on energy costs and made our hot water more reliable. He has also helped us prepare our plumbing and heating systems for the winter months. The service is definitely worth what it costs as it is very high quality work. The people that come out are trustworthy and reliable. One thing that's great about Roadrunner is that instead of giving you a broad time window when they might show up, they tell you exactly when they will be there and they're always on time. From the service to the technicians, everything with them is top notch. more

I was totally satisfied with Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration, Inc. and I have recommended them, I don't know if anyone has called then yet, but I definitely have. They did a great job. This was the first time and if I need something else from them in the future, I would of course hire them again. All the billing and pricing was handled through my company so the process was just very easy. They were also very clean, they cleaned the bath itself very well and didn't leave a mess and I appreciated that. more

They Did Okay 5/4/2017

Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration installed a new air conditioning unit as well as doing a repair job for us. Their technicians arrived on time and did a good job overall. They were professional, polite and efficient in terms of time. However, the repair job they did, wasn't perfect, and there's one function that isn't working still. I will have to call them back. This was our second time using their services, but I can't say I'm very happy given that this hasn't quite worked out yet. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon. more

Quick Response and Efficient Repairs 5/1/2017

Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration was a really great service! I really liked their 24 hour service and their quick response. They replaced a hot water heater tank and as well as did some work on my HVAC systems for me. All of the repairs and replacements went over really well and were done to my satisfaction. I thought that they were overall very good and have no complaints! more

Super Reliable! 4/10/2017

I know that whenever I contact Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration, I can be confident that they will do a really good job! Whenever I call, they are sure to respond right away, and they'll have the worker call you back within about fifteen minutes of your call! David Aguirre is usually the guy who comes out, and he does a great job with the work! We are always very satisfied with the end result! On the other side of things, they're kind of pricey, and although they certainly don't have the highest prices around, they don't have the cheapest either. Otherwise, they're a very reliable service that produces great results! more

We have used their services on several occasions over the last six months or so, and overall we've been happy with their work. Their technicians are responsive, courteous, and skilled. They're quite easy to schedule with too. Overall, a professional and efficient service! more
