Unfortunately, my experience with Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration wasn't a good one. They sent a gentleman that was ill prepared and didn't have the necessary...

Great work and service. 7/19/2016

Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration started up our swamp cooler and checked the other one we have to make sure it was running with no issues. I was really happy with the service because I thought something was wrong with the initial cooler but he was able to get it up and running again with no extra charges or work. I would definitely recommend them based off this one experience. It was my first time using them and I will be back if needed. more

Great work. 7/14/2016

Well Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration came over like on the 6th of June and they fixed my swamp cooler. I started having problems with it again a couple weeks later, mainly because it is an older unit. I had to have them come back out and check it out. He came back out two weeks later or so and he was able to get it fixed and I haven't had problems with it since. more

Quick, responsive, and stand behind their work. 7/13/2016

Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration, Inc. are great. Some guys don't show up on time, but I appreciated the fact that one of them was fired. They stand behind their work and their customer service is great. I have been using them for years and only a few times I have had an issue with their price. But, I was able to talk with them and we worked a deal out to lower the price. more

Roadrunner installed an A/C unit for us. They gave us the lowest quote and did a great job on the installation. The customer service was great. Everyone was really nice and friendly and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them! more

Great service, one less worry for me. 6/8/2016

Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration maintains our refrigeration systems here at our nonprofit and they helped us put in new ones recently. They were just great, they got the parts we needed and we wanted to make some changes and they knew exactly what to do to accommodate us. We have just been so happy with them. It is one less worry for me and they are fairly priced. Five star company. more

Solved my issues, quick service. 6/6/2016

I was having problems with the faucets on my bath tub and the I couldn't take off the stems because the nuts were stripped. So I decided to call Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration and they worked on it for awhile and replaced everything that needed to be replaced and they did a real great job on everything. I would have no problems recommending them to other people, even for plumbing they are great and fast as well. more

Great service and quick to schedule. 6/3/2016

We have had Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration to come out just to do basic servicing of our AC and heating units. Scheduling with them is a breeze, they go out of their way to work around your schedule and they always show up on time and are very quick about doing what they need to do. I have nothing bad to say about them, they have been great. more

Service and technician excellent. 6/1/2016

We arranged to have our swamp cooler turned on for the summer. The tech called before coming, arrived on time, and got everything going with one hour. He even made the cooler operate more quietly by tightening some of the bolts that previous techs had missed. more

After another HVAC business dropped the ball on taking care of what they should have, I contacted Roadrunner and they had a tech out here that day. Very knowledgable, courteous and got the job done! Saved the day with heat working right before family to arrive for Christmas. THANK YOU ROADRUNNER! more

Prompt, reliable and reasonably priced 4/28/2016

Roadrunner always shows up when they say they will, and they usually respond the same day of the service call. I've called Roadrunner several times for several different issues and I've never once been disappointed with their service, and I'm never shocked when I get the bill. more

Professional and reliable 4/6/2016

One of my thermocouples went out so we called Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration to replace it. They fixed it quickly and my water heater was up and running, but four months later the heater went out again, so we called them back. They fixed the problem again but two months later, the heater went out. They came back a third time and they realized they had installed a defective thermocouple, so they replaced it with a working thermocouple free of charge. Roadrunner Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration is a really good company and working with them has been a positive experience. more
