I have my color done for the first time with Rex. It is awesome. I have been getting compliments and asked where I went since I get it done. Also, Natalie gives THE BEST blowouts. I am on day 3 and it still looks fantastic. more

When the remodeling was done in Marlton, I hoped for more comfortable sinks, but no, they were even more uncomfortable, they are very narrow where the neck rests, and really hurts. Since you are asking for my opinion I would like to tell you that the chairs for the customers to sit on when doing the eye brow wax, are VERY, VERY unfortable, it feels that we are going to fall off. After spending all that money, you would think that perhaps you are thinking about the customers and how to make them feel confortable. I hope that changes are coming soon. From the time I sign in until I leave, I am treated with excellent services. The reception staff are efficient and friendly. I am always asked if I want a beverage and reading material. Lydia washes my hair most of the time she massages my scalp that relaxes me,she is friendly and so sweet. My hairstylist Corinne is the best, she is talented,friendly,and kind. I have been going to Rizzeri's for over ten years. At my last appointment my masseuse did not show up. As I was getting ready to leave, another therapist offered to do my massage as she had no appointments. It was one of the best massages I have ever had. Ask for Jennifer. more

I've had several appointments. My experience with the people who answer phones should be negative number of stars, I'll settle for zero. It's not that they aren't polite; they just don't pick up. I have been on hold for 5, 10, and 15 minutes regularly and once for over 30 minutes. The longest one was due to salon calling a few minutes before it was open. However, the same announcement is played even if it's after hours so even though the message says a coordinator will be with you in a moment, it never happens. When I can't get anyone at Marlton I now call Washington Twp. They always answer the phone. Hair cut service was 4 to 4 1/2 stars-the best of the services. The hair coloring side of the salon is cold and impersonal (nothing like the tranquil spa-like pictures on the website and after several visits I'm still trying to get the color I want. The colorist seems nice and personable but I would like my color to be good. At most 3 stars. I came to Rizzieri based on past experience with Aveda only to find out they're not an Aveda Salon, they just have some Aveda products for sale and even if you wanted those products used on your hair, they don't offer that as an option. Misleading - No stars I had heard I could expect the services to be top notch. The price is the only thing top notch based on my experience. more

After waiting 25 minutes for my appointment, I finaqlly inquired about the delay. I was then told the stylist called earlier to say she had called to say she was delayed by traffic. When I paid my bill, the receptionist quickly walked away, not giving me time to ask for another appointment. I haven't returned since. They don't want my business. more

I really enjoyed the latest visit to Rizzieri in Marlton the girls who did my hair were very knowledgable and were extremely nice and helpful I will definately recommend the salon to someone and will be back for my treatment.Thanks so much for great service I hope it is Ok to mention the girls were both named Natalie Wonderful job by both ladies Thanks more
