This Rite Aid is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever set foot in. I have never been treated so rudely in my life at a place that is supposed to be providing customer service. I will never go back to this place and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go there. more

They regularly hire Pharmacists with bad Attitudes 11/12/2010

Most of the pharmacists that have worked here, were the worst. I got so frustrated with their attitude, I moved all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. They are no longer 24-hours, and the drive-through takes too long. I don't appreciate the attitude when I need to to buy a behind the counter medicine. Rules are rules, maybe they think that getting up to walk over to the counter just for a BC is beneath their college degree? They must hate ringing up other things, I always have to ask them to include the item sitting on the counter in front of them. (no, I do not want to stand in another line up front to pay for qtips, after waiting to pay for this prescription). If you use the internet to reorder, they do not call to clarify or say it can't be filled, forcing you to drive back and deal with their crappy attitudes a second time. (take 5 minutes to call and get the order correct, instead of creating unneeded return visits, maybe the lines would be shorter). RA should get these guys some more

Excellent service; Very Satisfied! 10/20/2010

I have dealt with many pharmacies, and this Rite Aid has measured up to all the others. Yes, one time they did not have the medication, but they checked when I dropped it off and informed me immediately; they had it ready the next day. (This has happened at the Giant pharmacy and I never find out until I go to pick it up.) My 87-year old mother has many medication issues, and I often have to talk with the pharmacists. They have always been helpful and courteous. They deal with all the insurance issues quickly.Also, I have never had a problem with them on the phone! Quite the contrary, they have been extremely helpful on the phone. I just now called Rite Aid. They answered right away, and they responded to my question within 30 seconds. They even call our house when the prescriptions are ready! Maybe they have made changes, based on past negative feedback. I tend to be very picky, and I definitely give them a positive rating. The WORST Rite Aid Rx EVER 6/2/2010

I completely agree. THE WORST RITE AID - EVER!!!! It is ashame because they are conveniently located near my home and have a drive thru. But they are extremly slow, disorganized, rude, and unaccommodating. You will wait an hour minimum for your meds to be filled (and they don't seem to get much business), which means you have to go home and come back out out of your way or try and blow an hour (or more) waiting when you would have been on your merry way. And I haven't a clue where they find their "pharmacists-in- training" either.. i feel like i'm at a drive thru a fast food joint - they are, for the most part, highly unintelligent and lazy. Once I drove up to the drive thru, asked the girl for my medication, waited for 25 mins or so, without so much as a word, then after buzzing for help, the SAME girl returned and looked at me like she had no idea who i was. I'm like, I was supposedly being helped, by YOU?? Anybody in there? I have had countless problems with them not being able more

Rite Aid is TERRIBLE 10/9/2009

This is with out a doubt the worst pharmacy that I have ever had to deal with.#1 they never answer the phone when you need to talk with them.For the most part they are rude when they do talk to you and they do not pay attention to what they are doing.They are very slow at what they do.Once I gave them a prescription at 2:00 pm and at 10:00 pm they still did not have it filled.When you go to pick up your medicine they are so slow at helping you.I asked for a scrip for S.Smith and the worker went over and looked through all of the "R's" on the pick up shelf and came to me and said that there was nothing there for S.Smith.I told her to "Look through the "S's and she might find it.Like I said they do not pay attention to what they are doing."They are with out a doubt the slowest workers that I have ever seen.They are very rude to you they don't want to wait on you and every other customer has some kind of problem with them.It's amazing just to sit and watch.One hand has no idea what the ot more
