I completely agree. THE WORST RITE AID - EVER!!!! It is ashame because they are conveniently located near my home and have a drive thru. But they are extremly slow, disorganized, rude, and unaccommodating. You will wait an hour minimum for your meds to be filled (and they don't seem to get much business), which means you have to go home and come back out out of your way or try and blow an hour (or more) waiting when you would have been on your merry way. And I haven't a clue where they find their "pharmacists-in- training" either.. i feel like i'm at a drive thru a fast food joint - they are, for the most part, highly unintelligent and lazy. Once I drove up to the drive thru, asked the girl for my medication, waited for 25 mins or so, without so much as a word, then after buzzing for help, the SAME girl returned and looked at me like she had no idea who i was.
