I have two important reasons for wanting to do everything myself, 1) I'm low on funds and 2) I like being capable. Some jobs, however, require the support of a pro. Jeromie is great! I am usually VERY reluctant to hire repair professionals because so many of them overcharge, want you out of the way, or mess with things that aren't broken. Jeromie was willing first to help talk me through the problem on the phone, accepting that I had a little plumbing knowledge and a lot of knowledge about my own house. Then he filled in my information gaps for me, because I knew that in order to afford the help I had to do all the prep work and clean-up myself (and save my funds for the specialist-required item only). Also, Jeromie's willing to work alongside (if you wish). I love being able to make my frustrating problem a learning experience so that I feel my money is well spent. Now, when I can fix it myself I'll still give it a shot, but when it becomes necessary to call in the cavalry...Jeromie is on my speed-dail. :D more

These people are a rip off. I warn you, get an estimate before you have any work done or you will be sorry. We hired them for a major replacement of our plumbing. I would catch the plumber they sent texting or talking on his phone, programming his phone, saying he had to go get things he forgot from the shop or parts. I trusted him so when I got the first half of the bill I was shocked because I knew he did not work all of those hours, but I did not write everything down. I was also charged for boxes of things that they only used one or two of, etc, etc ,etc. Since they are only halfway through with the job I let them finish but kept track of the hours. It happened again. This time I had written everything down and got $1500 off the second half of the bill. I have talked to many other people who they have tried to take to the cleaners. The work was just okay. They hooked up the water softener so when it died, exactly one month after the warranty on the tank was up, we had to have the pipes that led into it cut off instead of being able to unscrew it. They are a very dishonest outfit. more

They showed up on time, performed the work as expected, were courteous, reasonably priced, and were available when we most needed them. more

They use there employees and drain them for every penny they have. they put them in danger with inproper asbestos removal, and never give there employees a chance. Pros: jehovahs witness Cons: always caters to there church more
