Review content:
These people are a rip off. I warn you, get an estimate before you have any work done or you will be sorry. We hired them for a major replacement of our plumbing. I would catch the plumber they sent texting or talking on his phone, programming his phone, saying he had to go get things he forgot from the shop or parts. I trusted him so when I got the first half of the bill I was shocked because I knew he did not work all of those hours, but I did not write everything down. I was also charged for boxes of things that they only used one or two of, etc, etc ,etc. Since they are only halfway through with the job I let them finish but kept track of the hours. It happened again. This time I had written everything down and got $1500 off the second half of the bill. I have talked to many other people who they have tried to take to the cleaners. The work was just okay. They hooked up the water softener so when it died, exactly one month after the warranty on the tank was up, we had to have the pipes that led into it cut off instead of being able to unscrew it. They are a very dishonest outfit.
