Right Toyota

I am a winter visitor for the past eleven years and have had both of my Toyotas serviced numerous times at your dealership. In all but one circumstance I have dealt exclusively with Mr. Rick and have been TOTALLY satisfied with the service provided, Ricks professionalism , integrity and his attention to CUSTOMER satisfaction. The same can be said for ALL of the Service Department personnel with whom I have had contact, and of course I can't leave out your Cashier. My hope is for your continued success and high excellence of performance for the Service Department. My wife and I expect to be Snow Birds for many more years and will have major repairs and inspections of our Toyota done at your location. more

Just wanted to send a note your way to extend a further compliment. I was in yesterday - on a day in which the service department,evidently was short handed and the flow of repairs very busy. Despite the fact , as aver, Rick took care of my Highlander in a swift matter.Further, he went way out of his way in extended courtesy and assistance. he always does so, but given the hectic day, that was even more outstanding. Also, Frank was exceedingly helpful...as he too always is. So compliments to the two of them and to you for having such a fine staff. more

I am writing to let you and your organization know how much I appreciated the fine service and fair treatment I received from Right Toyota during my recent purchase of a new Sequoia automobile. Frankly, there were two communication situations during the process that caused me to be concerned that the deal might not go through as I had understood it. In both cases, your organization lived up to their commitments $110% and I am now enjoying my new " ride " as my kids would call it. I got a great deal from one of the Fleet Managers (Andy) on a new ride. He was extremely helpful and professional. For once, I actually felt like a car-salesman cared. Andy did not make me feel rushed one bit and took the time to go over all the details with me at my own pace. Perhaps that's partly because Fleet Managers don't work on commission. Brad (the Finance Manager) was also very helpful and extremely easy to deal with. If it wasn't for the first car having a defect and having to wait an extra 1.5 hours for the next one to be prepped for me, I'd give this place 5 stars. more

Jeff was so extremely helpful. My husband and I had an awful experience at another dealership the day before purchasing our Camry. Jeff was very to the point, he let us drive the cars we were interested in, gave us his honest opinion on what he would do (which wasn't the more expensive choice), he helped us in every way. He even ordered us lunch! Jaime in financing is also amazing! He was able to work some numbers around, get the price down on the car and warranty and get my interest rate lowered saving us $60 a month on our payment! more

Awesome I love them!!! I purchased a new 4runner from them and it was a great experience. I dealt with several of their employees and every one of them were professional. This is absolutely the best Toyota dealership in the valley. The service Dept. does what they promise and deliver on time with quality work. I didn't buy here but shopped here last year. They have the best salespeople, nice, laid back, but know their product.I am very happy with Right Toyota. I purchased my truck from there last May and get my service done there too. Went to couple of dealerships in the town, but got same usual run around. But at Right Toyota, everything was very professional, fast and friendly. Wanted to purchase a new Prius out of the Las Vegas Area because of what I consider the high pressure and misleading dealings of the local dealerships. Searched the internet for the Prius I wanted and came upon Right Toyota. I used the internet chat feature and was really surprised when the person on the other end of the chat was actually in the dealership and not a call center or India. We chatted about the car I was looking for and Mr. Johnson located the car and immediately offered me a price by email . I had done a lot of research on price and after a couple of discussions about the price we came upon an agreed number. I have had all kinds of experiences purchasing new cars and was honestly suspicious that the price I was given for the purchase and the trade in would somehow evaporate when I arrived in Arizona to pick up the car. Much to my surprise we arrived and within a hour we had signed the papers made the switch and we weer out of the dealer on our way. The Financial Manager, Kent Thomson, was straightforward and there was no pressure to add services that he knew I did not want. All in All the best new car experience I have ever had! more

There no problems at all. We’re explained the finances. Everything about the car shown around the car, we didn’t actually test drive the car because my daughter has a prius already and I knew all about it so I was quit happy. And being able to pay cash cut down all the paper work and so very happy with the transaction. I was treated well, I think Bill Harris who talked me through everything and showed me the car eventually and patted my back and sent me on my way. The product selection was excellent and all the colors were available and we were shown all the extras in which we could have and we were very happy with our whole transaction. more

We had been shopping mostly all over the valley for cars were wise consumers or at least I think we are and this is the first dealership I walked in and I felt comfortable, I felt all my questions were answered, and it was a very difficult decision to narrow it down one car, but this Camery really said hello, The hybrid, and all the amenities that were in the vehicle. It’s just a beautiful car and we just got back from San Diego and performed beautifully on the road. So I would suggest that anyone who is thinking of purchasing a car in the valley to come to Right Toyota. more
