I am writing to let you and your organization know how much I appreciated the fine service and fair treatment I received from Right Toyota during my recent purchase of a new Sequoia automobile. Frankly, there were two communication situations during the process that caused me to be concerned that the deal might not go through as I had understood it. In both cases, your organization lived up to their commitments $110% and I am now enjoying my new " ride " as my kids would call it. I felt Right Toyota was absolutely fair with me and the could count on my future business as well as recommendations to my family and neighbors. It was a pleasure buying a car from you.
