I actually was in the service area having work done on my 2006 Honda Civic and Joey Aguirre came over to me wanting to know why existing Honda owners keep their Honda's. I told him how much I love mine and that my wife was looking to get a car and even though she was thinking Hyundai, I reminded her how trouble free my experience was with mine and that she had agreed to come and test drive one the very next day (It was so serendipidous that he approached me the day before). Joey is a very likeable guy and even though I had other Honda salesmen subsequently calling me, I knew I wanted to do business with him. We eventually came to Right Honda and Joey met us and proceeded to tell us everything we would have wanted to know (and then some) about the 2014 CRV. He was very professional, informative... he totally engaged us and we felt at ease with him. We felt that he was very honest, very personable and you just felt that he had our best interests at heart and wanted us to be happy. He was NOT your typical car salesman. He has the formula for selling cars in my opinion. My wife fell in love with the car instantly (hinted to me that she wasn't interested in looking at Hyundai anymore and that we needed to get this). Negotations with the head sales manager went well, we got what we thought was a very fair price and we really liked working with their finance rep John Farris. He's a quality guy from bottom to top, gave us a great rate. I have always HATED that part of the car buying experience and with him, it had to be the smoothest sailing ever. All-in-all... we rate this a great 100% car buying experience.
