We actually came just to look at cars not to purchase a car, but we ended up purchasing a car.\r \r I own a 2002 Honda Civic which I purchased at your dealership. The service has been fantastic, and Right Honda has been the only repair service to touch my car. Alan McKenna(sp?) has been my service manager. So if your service department is honest, I would assume that your sales department must be honest also.\r \r I hate purchasing a new car. I don't like any part of it, not even the salesman, although I am sure that they are all very nice people. I don't do any pricing research up front, and I just assume that your price is a fair one. I am usually a little depressed after purchasing a new car, but I eventually get over it.\r \r When I rate your dealership I will give it the highest possible rating, because I cannot justifiably do anything else. I just wish that I did not have to go through the high pressure bargaining when purchasing a car. more

I had been talking to my nephew about our needing another car since my Mazda was getting pretty old, so we came in to see what there was in used models. He researched the Right Honda inventory and was prepared to show us used cars that fit our needs. Turned out one that had just been traded in was a good fit. Although the price was higher than planned we feel the 2008 Honda CRV we found will be a good buy for us. The dealership is very nice and everyone is quite courteous and friendly. \r \r I did feel too harried through the financial process, seemed rather quick and I still have questions regarding when we will get our paperwork from the finance company. Also, I was told that the security system the finance person told me was on the car and that we needed to pay for was never installed. Which is fine, I don't care if it is on it, I just don't want to pay for it. \r \r The CRV needed detailing and a windshield and these were provided in good time -- we are very satisfied with the CRV! more

I have been very pleased with my last vehicle (Used 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid) purchase from Right Honda and I really like the Service Dept (initially the reason I decided to purchase a car at Right Honda after moving from Calif and using Right's Service Dept). I have a long term goal to be a Honda Lease Customer and after spending quite some time with your Sales Mgr Brandon (he was my salesman when I bought first car) & Salesman Jake I am hoping we are on the right path. So we shall see in 18-24months. more

Excellent.Called on a friday at 3pm talked to PJ told him exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay.He checked my credit and said no problem and asked me when I would like to pick up my new civic.I drove down from Lake Havasu approximately 200 miles away on Saturday morning for a 12 o'clock appointment with PJ.When I arrived car was sitting there ready to go with paperwork ready to be signed.PJ was extremely friendly and easy to talk to,what a pleasure it was to do business with him.I will recomend your dealership to all my friends looking to purchase a vehicle.Thanks to PJ my experience with your dealership rates a 120% overall satisfaction rating.\r more

The purchase of a car can be a difficult experience. In our case the issue was magnified by the fact that my wife's car had been totaled in an accident, and we were under some time pressure. However Rick Morse made our experience at Right Honda as painless and smooth as anyone could wish. He is a consumate professional, and as pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable as one could hope to have as a salesperson. And the other people with whom we dealt at the dealership were as good as Rick.
