I own a 2002 Honda Civic which I purchased at your dealership. The service has been fantastic, and Right Honda has been the only repair service to touch my car. Alan McKenna(sp?) has been my service manager. So if your service department is honest, I would assume that your sales department must be honest also.\r

I hate purchasing a new car. I don't like any part of it, not even the salesman, although I am sure that they are all very nice people. I don't do any pricing research up front, and I just assume that your price is a fair one. I am usually a little depressed after purchasing a new car, but I eventually get over it.\r

When I rate your dealership I will give it the highest possible rating, because I cannot justifiably do anything else. I just wish that I did not have to go through the high pressure bargaining when purchasing a car.
