Experience was fair and pleasant. We arrived at 9:00 am on Saturday morning, were treated very professionally and courteously by the rep who showed us both used and new cars. We stood firm on our negotiations and I feel we ended up with a win-win outcome and you can't beat that! more

Gaston was one of the most helpful and experienced salesperson that I have ever encountered in purchasing a car.Prior to coming to Right Honda, I had an appointment with Right Toyota to discuss purchasing a vehicle. That was not a pleasant experience so I thought I would visit Right Honda; I am so glad I did. more

Rick Morse was fine to work with. Finance guy was also fine -- even though he managed to sell us a maintenance contract! Your regular sales people out front are a bit unprofessional and downgrade the overall image of your dealership, in my opinion. Especially as they call out the potential customer's car that they plan to approach. You might consider a more professional approach -- especially for a Scottsdale firm. more

I was very pleased with the people I worked with. Jake was the sales person and he was willing to take a lot of time with me. I did not buy anything on my first visit and he was very understanding. I ended up coming back later the same week and bought the CRV from Jake. more

Pretty Good; Salesman forgot to UNLOCK the security\r code so when I got into the car the next day (in my garage),\r it wouldn't start. I missed a lunch date and picking up a\r new puppy while I waited for the salesman to come out to\r my house and take the code off so my car would start.......\r Other than that.....it was a good experience more

I brought my present CRV in for service and in walking through the showroom asked about the new models. Burnette Newkirt approached me and within minutes impressed me with his knowledge of the 2013 CRV and willingly offered to show me a new car and to drive it. 24 hours later I am the proud owner of another CRV, 2013 and will be shipping the 5 year old car back to PA for use there. more

After recieving a horrible car buying experience on my last car at Right Toyota , I was skeptical to attempt to buy a car at Right Honda since they are owned by the same ppl . Knowing they are under different managment I decided to give a shot and im glad I did . I cannot be happier with my Salesman JC & finance manager ""Chicago Mike"" , in fact EVERY employee I came acrossed smiled & said hello and offered to help in any way . I will be referring Right Honda to all my friends & family ! Right Toyota can take some tips from you guys ! Thanks again to JC ,Mike and the other gentleman I was in the last office with , he was great too ! more

It was a good experience. I liked my salesman, Josh Bryant. I am a older lady and he treated me with patience, kindness and humor. He walked me through all the accessories in the car and how to use them. He figured out what I needed before I did. I am very happy and feel I have someone who will take care of me if I need assistance. Brandon Warrick also was willing to work with me on price. more

Again Marcy Henry & Gary Kravetz were above and beyond in finding a car for my son. They found just the right car! I cannot say enough great things about both of them. Gary had everything prepared for signing and my son said it was painless and quick but thorough. Right Honda has two awesome people in their employ and we hope that they are appreciated as much as we do. more

we were greeted by J.C.,who presented himself in a very open and honest way. After telling him that I was looking for a car that would be easy, for some one with early onset of parkison, to get in & out of. J.C.knew exactly what we needed ,took us right to the CRV they just got in he was very knowledgeable about the car. long story shorten that is the car we brought. more
