Our overall experienced was mixed. We were greeted promptly. We found a car we liked and J. C.'s follow up with us was excellent. It was, so far, a very pleasant experience. On Tuesday we were quoted a price over the phone, but we were unable to go to the dealership until the next day. We made arrangements to meet J. C. that morning and he was waiting for us to arrive. We sat down for final negotiations only to learn that the price quoted by one manager on Tuesday was not being honored by a finance manager on Wednesday. His manner was contentious and offensive. We were ready to walk out of the dealership without the vehicle. We eventually reached middle ground with J. C., who threw in $100 of his commission to get the deal done.\r
What should have been pleasant turned sour because of the manager with whom we dealt. We are happy with the vehicle and content with the deal, but were never thanked by the finance manager for shopping at Right Honda or giving your dealership our business.
