Great service, Great products, Great place 4/6/2011

I took my Hyundai in to get four new tires as well as an oil change. This was my first time that my car had been into Rick's. BOY WAS I IMPRESSED! Not only is the customer service stellar, but the turnaround time from when I dropped the car off to when I got my phone call that it was ready (only 2 hours later) was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Rick's and I will DEFINITELY be spreading the word on this place. You have to check it out if you haven't already!!! GREAT JOB GUYS.. more

I brought my Mitsubishi Endeavor SUV to Ricks for an Oil Change. He and his staff were very thorough and when finished Rick took the time to explain what they did and made suggestions to help keep my vehicle running smooth in the future vs rushing me out the door after the oil change was complete. Excelent Service 4/4/2011

Rick's was great. Brought in my '93 RX7 that I recently purchased for what I thought was a fuel leak. Not only did they fix the issue, they gave the car a full check up and found several other issues that needed fixing. They explained each part that needed replacing. I really appreciated their honesty and assistance in figuring out what needed to be done and what I could wait on. After saving up for a month I brought the car back for the remainder of the service. Running great now. Will bring them all my cars. Fast, Friendly and great prices. more

Fixed car running rough 1/9/2011

My car was running rough, gas mileage had dropped in recent weeks, and there was a strong gas smell. Rick's was able to get me in promptly and at a convenient time. Rick found two problems: failed valve on the fuel filter and loose spark plug wiring. Fuel filter was under warranty and replaced for free. Spark plug wires were very old and were replaced. more

These guys not only have the mechanical expertise, they really care about personal service. Even the cleanliness of the service area speaks to their attention to detail and getting things done right. They listen to the symptoms of the problem and fully explain what they did to resolve it. If you are not truly delighted by whatever repair shop you're using, give these guys a try. more
