Friendly, efficient and honest 12/13/2010

This is my first time here and I had a wonderful experience. I picked this place after reading all the reviews on Yalp. People here are very friendly. Rick was able to get to my car right away, and took the time to go over the details. He was very efficient so I was able to be on my way in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely bring my car back here next time. more

As always, pleased with the general service of my car. Not too pleased that the wiper inspection didn't turn up that my wipers do need to be replaced... makes me wonder a little bit about the rest.... more

Great service 11/18/2010

Rick did a quick oil change, adjusted the truck latch and explained that the Infiniti needs to have the whole back panel of the trunk taken off just to replace a back up light bulb and that it would cost over $100.00. I'll wait til both bulbs are out. Up front and honest. That's why I go to Rick's more

Prompt Accurate Diagnosis and Repair 11/7/2010

I was able to arrange an appt. online. Dropped car off in early morning and received a phone call diagnosing problems with cost of repairs by late morning. Repair was done by 5:00PM. more
