Extremely Pleased 7/10/2010

We found Rick's on Yelp. After receiving an estimate for over $900 for repairs at a local dealership we decided to try Rick's. The findings were that nothing on the dealer's list needed to be done. We will be bringing all 3 of our import cars here. more

Rick's mechanic Richard replaced my rear suspension bushings on my 1994 Mazda RX7. I was so excited as Richard put the fun factor back in driving my car, I called Anthony the same day and ask him to tell Richard thank you so much. It made such a big difference in the enjoyment in driving the car. Thanks Guys Terry. more

Vehicle Inspection 6/7/2010

Anthony and Mark (the owner I presume) as well as the rest of the team provided me with outstanding service on Saturday. I was buying a car and wanted a full inspection done. They fit me in and I couldn't make my appt. on time so I changed it a few times. They were very flexible and patient, professional and did a great job. The reason I went to them is because the Lexus dealership was booked and also because they got over 30 great reviews on yelp (mostly 5 star's). I would recommend them to anyone. They were all smiling even at days end. Thank you Rick's Performance! more

Excellent Customer Service 5/25/2010

I showed up on a Friday afternoon without an appointment, needing an oil change. I was taken right away. I was even walked under my car and shown a few things that needed repair. I was seeing it for my own eyes, not just hearing it from a mechanic. No one has ever done that before. I was impressed because no one was trying to upsell me. I was just shown what was going on and given a timeframe as to when I should take care of it so I wouldn't take the chance of getting stranded somewhere. more
