Honest. Trustworthy, Reliable 2/15/2010

Rick and his crew have worked on my 1984 RX7 for many years. I can always rely on Rick's honesty and knowledge of RX7s when it comes to maintenance and repair issues. I wouldn't take my beloved '84 RX7 anywhere else. more

Rick's did a wonderful and speedy job on my car. I've taken my car to many other places in the past only b/c I couldn't get my car to Rick's quick enough and was disappointed every time. Other places would either tell me I needed things done that I really didn't or do a cut rate job and cut corners. I really trust Rick's and feel like they're on my side, which I'm grateful for especially with a car servicing center. These places are hard to find! Thanks for the great job! more

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 2/7/2010

I'm new to the area, needed new brakes (I was told by dealer), and researched extensively for a service provider I could trust. I was not disappointed! I found out my brakes were still brand new, the light on my dash was an indicator that a light bulb on license plate needed replacement, not new brakes. Very nice reception area, friendly staff, great coffee, t.v., refreshments, etc. I will be a repeat customer for sure! more

Fantastic 2/3/2010

I took my car in for a well overdue 90K service. Through the service, it was discovered that my belts had come the end of their useful life. Anthony called and explained the situation. There was no pressure to replace them, just sharing of information. I requested your pricing (more than fair)and the belts were replaced. I really appreciate the competent, courteous, cost competivie, low pressure service provided at Rick's Performance. more

Rick's is the best 2/2/2010

I recommend Rick's to everyone as I have been going here since 1991. Best service and never had an issue with any of their work. I trust them 100% as they will let you know if something can wait to be worked on or can wait for the next service. Place is very clean and the staff is excellent. more

Repeat customer 1/30/2010

As usual, I was thoroughly satisfied with the work done on my Mazda MPV. A routine service check discovered a possible serious problem in the making. I was notified immediately, and arrangemts were made to complete the additional repair in a timely manner. l possible costs were explained, and I was happy to find that the total was much less the original estimate. more

Quality and Honesty 12/30/2009

Every time I come into Ricks for service I get quality and honest work I can trust. Over the past 6 years I have taken my cars to Rick, from Head gaskets to transmissions, I know I can drop it off and have no worries I am going to be price gouged or fooled into a unnecessary repair. During pick up, I am always asked if I would like to see what was broken (if applicable), showing that they were not pulling my leg and making unnecessary repairs like you hear on the news. Always On time, Always good quality, and would recommend Ricks Performance for any ones Auto repair or performance needs. more

Staff are courteous and informative, scheduling is easy, and the quality of the work is high for a reasonable price. If the shuttle driver is gone, Rick drives you home himself! Can't ask for more than that. more
