Good shop 3/10/2012

The body work was done very well, the amount of time and daily updates were very nice. The only thing is my car has this green dust all throughout it , and it wasn't cleaned up. My only complaint more

Fouth Car in Five Years 1/23/2012

With three teenage daughters we've discovered the value in having a place to go with people you trust. The work they perform is always exceptional. I've never been able to tell where their work begins and the orginal car ends. The paint is always a perfect match and we get our cars back cleaner than when we left them. We even had a little trouble with the insurance payment and these guys called the insurance company on our behalf. Above and beyond I tell ya. more

From beginning to end I have been very impressed with the service at Rick Warner. They said it would take 15 minutes to estimate the cost of the damage. I scheduled a time. they were ready on time and finished in 15 minutes. I was impressed with the ability to check progress of my car on the computer. When I emailed to see if the car was ready I received an email immediately that it was ready then a man also called minutes later. When I picked up the car it was clean inside and out and even has a very nice scent inside. Damage was repaired perfectly. I am most grateful. Thank you I have told many about the great service. more

Above average in most areas they did take care of us when there was a problem. 1/4/2012

They did a great job on the repair. I have used Warner three times now. They were just a little slow. When there was a problem with finishing the repair they rented a car for us which was very helpful. When things were not quite right they made sure it was taken care of. Because of Holiday's the time extended out almost a week.Had I not run into that issue I would have given them an excellent all the way across. more

Car was towed to Rick Warner after an accident. 12/14/2011

Greg has been VERY nice and helpful everytime I've contacted Rick Warner. I really like the service, I haven't seen their finished work because the insurance totaled the car and is towing it away. Thanks Greg! more

Exceptional customer service and quality work... 12/12/2011

First, I want to say that I was completely taken care of through my entire experience. I work in the 5-star hospitality industry and I know world class service. I loved that I could watch the progress with my car online and could also see what would be happening next so I knew exactly what was happening with my car and when I would get it back. Every question I had I'd simply send a quick email through the link and I'd get a call or an email back within a few minutes. Very friendly, full of answers, I felt like everyone treated me like I was your only customer. more

Fantastic Service, Great Results 12/6/2011

I was so glad to have ended up at Rick Warner. I showed up for the estimate without an appointment, but still didn't have to wait at all and the whole thing took less than 15 minutes. They were ready to fix my car almost immediately, despite the holiday weekend and my car was ready when they told me it would be. The *only* thing I could think of that wasn't quite the best was the detailing on the car. There was still quite a bit of dust in my car and I think it was a bit rushed to get finished before the weekend. To be honest though, a little extra dust was worth not having to wait until Monday to get my car back. RESPONSE FROM Rick Warner Body Shop: I would love to have you bring the car back and we can reclean it! more

My car still needs some work. 11/9/2011

The receptionist was very professional. However, the hood you replaced is loose. And the motor is absolutely filthy - with shop dust and grime. I have taken excellent care of this car and I know the engine was clean. I will return to have the hood adjusted. Thank you. more
