First, I want to say that I was completely taken care of through my entire experience. I work in the 5-star hospitality industry and I know world class service. I loved that I could watch the progress with my car online and could also see what would be happening next so I knew exactly what was happening with my car and when I would get it back. Every question I had I'd simply send a quick email through the link and I'd get a call or an email back within a few minutes. Very friendly, full of answers, I felt like everyone treated me like I was your only customer.
