I was so glad to have ended up at Rick Warner. I showed up for the estimate without an appointment, but still didn't have to wait at all and the whole thing took less than 15 minutes. They were ready to fix my car almost immediately, despite the holiday weekend and my car was ready when they told me it would be.
The *only* thing I could think of that wasn't quite the best was the detailing on the car. There was still quite a bit of dust in my car and I think it was a bit rushed to get finished before the weekend. To be honest though, a little extra dust was worth not having to wait until Monday to get my car back.
