I had to go to Rick Warner Body Shop after my truck was stolen and parts were disassembled from it and I'm glad that I decided on this body shop as it was great experience. They worked quickly to get my truck fixed and make it look like it did prior to getting stolen; they even went out of their way to get me a new stereo that was similar to the old one that I had had. It was nice because by the time they finished, my truck looked just as it did and looked as if nothing had ever happened. Let me start out by saying I love my car and I'm very peticular about it and want to keep it in mint condition. (50th anniversary Corvette) From the second I drove onto the lot and began speaking with the Estiamtor about the work I wanted done, to giving me the estiamte for the work they were very profesonal and curtious. The Estimator did not try to upsell me on anything as this was a cosmetic fix (rock chips) . Once they had the car and we agreed on the pricing i signed up for the auto updates, They take a picuture of the car when it is recieved and then they send you progress pictures at different stages of the work being performed. This was great. I knew what was happening with the car and did not have to follow up with calls to know at what stage the repairs were at. It helped me track the progress and visually see if they were going to be done when they said. They finished the job before the required/stated finish date. With that said the quality was not affected by the increased schedule. This is the 3rd time i have used this shop with different vehicles of mine and the quality is consistently fantastic. If you have body work or paint you want done I would highly recomend Rick Warner Auto Body ! more
